Welcome to the Dire clan Call of Duty 4 Multiplayer Guide! Feel free to comment and make suggestions or corrections in the forums.
The guide is integrated into the same database as the reviews, so you'll be able to use the standard navigation to advance through the pages. Every page has large links back to this table of contents, or the "First" navigation button will do the same.
The first thing you'll need to do is set up classes that work for you. It's important to experiment and find combinations that bolster your personal strengths and play style, and I'll be giving you my opinions as a starting point. (These assessments operate under the assumption that you are not playing a "hardcore" game type.)
Following that is a primer on basic movement and combat, followed by descriptions of the various game types, along with suggestions on how to approach them.
The bulk of the guide is then comprised of tactics and a strategic breakdown of each map, specifically for the Domination game mode. Many of the principles can be successfully applied to the other types as well.
