Paul's review is spot on. I gotta say I did NOT notice the looming sadness in the movie because I'm that positive laughing guy he says you should go with. The instant he said that to me last Sunday though I had to agree. The decisions made by the characters and the outcomes of those decisions are totally harsh. The motives behind it are sketchy at best. And yeah, Linda is selfish on a metaphysical level.
