Um... That is Not Blood.
I just noticed that Bianca's horn in panel 2 appears to have something smeared on the tip. I assure you that it's nothing more than the artist's gimpy eyes missing a detail. That's what happens when you do something late at night. Wired on coffee. And soda.

No, its not Blood...
Its chocolate. Her skin is actually a bit lighter than what we see in the strip , but every morning Bianca takes a nice, long bath in Chocolate Ice Cream and Hot Fudge as both a skin treatment and vocational practice. She's usually a lot better at cleaning herself up and must have missed a spot. I'd imagine it'd be kind of hard to lick the top of her own horn, unless she had some sort of extendable demon tongue/help.
In a tangentially related note, I think I'll go get me some cake.
