1. Don't let what happened to Helen happen to you, which is letting a few choice words screw you up so much that you have bad dreams about it.

2. Don't let what happened to Mike happen to you, which is being assaulted by Star Wars fans who view the prequels as an abomination. Just don't talk about them in their presence. It's better for your health.
